【  不执著虚幻】

末法时期，学佛人最重要的就是要去除我相。很多人一辈子就是找不到自己的慧命和佛性。“我”就是一个“找”字加上一撇，那一撇就是你的自性和慧命。你如果找到了自己的真我，你就算去除了我相。

真我之中有慧命，

真我之间有佛性。

找到真我有自性，

真我真我是本性。

一个“找”字，其实很多人一辈子在找那一撇，这一撇实际上就是人的自性和慧命。如果你找到了这个慧命，你就变成了一个真我。如果你找不到这一撇，你就永远在人间不停地轮回在找。因为你找不到真正的真我，找不到慧命，就会永远在“找”字中轮回。

想得太多变忧郁，

思得太多变恐惧。

人家都说你的“思想”，“思”的时候你就会“想”，所以看都不要去看。思的意思就是你看到了你才会去想；思就是在考虑，考虑了之后你才会再去想。所以不要去考虑任何问题，你才会把“相”放下。经常想这件事情跟我没关系，那件事情跟我没关系。

师父告诉大家，如果有人在说某一个人做了不如理不如法的事情，你马上要说“他们各人的业障自己背”，否则你就是认同别人造业，这样你就会帮那些不如法的人背业。

一、万物唯心造；改变别人不容易，要改变自己来适应别人

师父语：每一个学佛的人都要明白一个道理：万物唯心造，你的心到哪里，你就到哪里。你相信了，你的心中就有了；你不相信，这心中就没有了。任何一个人都是要经常经常地改变自己，师父经常给你们讲一句话：改变别人不容易，要改变自己来适应别人。所以你要想改变别人真的很难啊，你只有改变自己，你这个事情才能解决，避开不了的事情只有改变自己。

二、生气伤人伤己；改变别人很难，只有改变自己

师父语：师父跟大家讲，学佛真的不容易，从心改，从心在改变自己。世界上很多事情都是要从心里来改变它，因为不改变的话，你就慢慢慢慢地自己想不通，长期积郁在自己心中，释放不出去，就想发脾气，就想做一些伤害自己、伤害别人的事情。人生就是这样的，有的时候就是需要能够非常理解别人，然后能够让自己也开心，让别人也开心，满足自己。所以，真正的生气，实际上是生自己的气，讲起来是跟人家生气，实际上就是生自己的气。你有什么办法？你又不能改变别人，你只能改变自己，你改变不了自己，你就生气了。世界上任何人都不是随随便便就被你改变的，因为在人间，每个人的生活背景都不一样，每个人做的事情也不一样，每个人自己在生活当中的经历、家庭背景不一样。

三、学佛可以多大限度改变命运

男听众：学佛可以改变命运，但是师父也开示过有些天命是改不了的。请问学佛可以最大限度改变一个人命运的百分之多少呢？

师父答：最大改变一个人命运的70%。我曾经讲过，一个人的命定死的是70%，但是他的运是30%，为什么我说可以把命改成70%呢？也就是说他的命基本上可以全部改掉。举个简单例子，过去有一个老法师很有名的，我不想讲他名字，这个人从小算命苦得不得了，一辈子很苦，无依无靠，怎么怎么……爸爸妈妈一听，这孩子还活得了啊？当时在农村都很相信这些的，一下子把他送到庙里去了。送到庙里去之后，他就真的是无依无靠一样一个人在那里。因为本来在人间他会有很多厄运的，他在庙里什么厄运都没了。他很开心，连他自己边上朋友运什么都有了，因为成为一个大法师之后，那些小和尚都是他的孩子了，所以他的命一下子改变了，他就是改变了他所有的生命，你说算不算改变？看过《了凡四训》没有？（是的，看过）全部改变，说他命只有活到四十几岁，人家活到七八十岁；说他膝下无子，他子孙满堂，这不叫改变吗？（对对）对没有信心的人来讲，就是一个零，改变不了的；对有信心的人来说，改变是最正常的、最起码的，那是常态。就像人家说“今天你出门要出车祸”，我一天不开车可以吗？你不就改变了吗？人家说你“为什么你这个人这么坏？”我现在不做坏事可以吗？不就改变了吗？（明白了，谢谢师父慈悲开示！）

四、要正信正念、要忏悔，才能改变自己

师父答：你自己首先要正信正念，不要到处外面去乱来。要忏悔，因为忏悔是改变自己最重要的一个基础。如果一个人不忏悔，你说你怎么改？对不对？就像一个房子，过去的地基造坏了，你再造上去的话，房子倒下来了。你必须把它的地基要改变，就是忏悔，礼佛大忏悔文，好好地改变自己之后重新做人，好好地在菩萨的指引下，每一天心情要愉快，要正能量，众善奉行、诸恶莫作，你这样会越来越好的。小丫头，今天不能给你讲这么多，这电话是救命的。好吧？（明白了，师父）乖一点，让你孩子也好好学佛，念给他听，再小也可以念的（嗯，他现在也天天拜佛）太好了，恭喜你了（感恩师父，感恩观世音菩萨）

五、想不犯错，“因”上注意；要学会改变自己

师父语：人要想不犯错，就是在“因”上要特别注意。希望每个人一辈子做什么事情都不要后悔，很多人一辈子做事情就是活在后悔当中，所以他就是非常非常地可怜。每一个人都要改变自己，一定要学会改变。如果一个人不想改变，实际上就是在走下坡路；如果你想改变了，那你就是跟自己的业障彻底断绝，因为每一个人都有很多的想法、很多的烦恼。

六、关于还业债时身体受报的问题- ——Wenda20180610B   11:54  

女听众：师父曾说过，消除业根、消除业报除了通过念经还，自己的肉身也要受一些报才可以，否则没有天理。请问师父，还一份业债，身体受报占多少比例？

师父答：要看的。你上辈子比方说是感情上的问题，你会感情上受伤；如果你上辈子是踢人家、打人家，把人家致残的，你这辈子自己会受伤，骨折、摔断腿，这种可能性都有。实际上不是说多少、几分的，是根据你所作的业，业不亡嘛，业没有亡，它会越长越大。所以你最后身体上受的业报……当然了，如果你是感情上出的问题，你精神上受的业报更重，那你在其他方面就受得少一点；如果你是在身体上把人家致残的，那你身体上就会受很大的伤害（明白了）

七、为什么前世造的业却在今世受报

男听众：一般而言，报应期是50年左右，为什么前世30岁造的业，今世30岁左右受报呢？前世某一段时间死掉或重伤，今世也会在这个年龄有大劫，这是什么原因呢？

师父答：这很简单，因为你上辈子这个业很大，虽然死掉的时候给你报掉一些了，只是报掉了一些物质上的东西，但是没有报到你心灵上、精神上的东西，所以你到了这个……比方说你30岁曾经把人家杀死了，35岁左右被判刑枪毙，死掉了。那么这辈子让你投人，投了一个比上辈子更苦的人，等到30岁的时候，你虽然已经受过报应了，但是你上辈子的烙印还是在今年30岁身上，你还会受报。再举个简单例子，你这个腿曾经摔伤过，之后你不是治好了吗？但是你一走得重的时候，爬楼梯或者再摔一跤，到了这个时候30岁的时候，再摔一跤的话，你的腿是不是老病复发？（哦，是这样）

八、进入八识田中的业消不掉，只有受报——wenda20150426A  27:38  

男听众：师父，我们平时念礼佛大忏悔文消业，或者念经文组合还债，一段时间之后可能会消掉一些业，那么这些消掉的业在我们因果上还会显现吗？还是念完之后这些业就抹去了、消失了，不再显现了？

师父答：很简单，小的业可以消掉，大的业消不掉，进了八识田中根本消不掉，只有受报，进入八识田中的全部受报。所以，当一个人死掉之后到了中阴身，阎王老爷在阎王殿给他看他的整个一生，那些全部都是八识田中的东西。就像一个人一辈子很多的记忆不可能全部记住，但是有几件重大的事情是他一辈子终身难忘的，就进入他的八识田中。所以一讲起，他就想起来了。明白了吗？（明白了，谢谢师父开示）

九、为何学佛后还会受报；修行要坚持才有效果——Shuohua20171110   22:00  

男听众：有些人性格比较硬，脾气也不太好，本来有业障要在自己的性格脾气上吃亏受报的，但是学佛后改变了自己的性格和脾气，能够圆融地处理很多事情而避免了很多磨难。但是原先在这方面的业障还没有消掉，那这些业障会怎样报呢？

师父答：没有消掉，就是在他不停地修心当中报。为什么有些人一边修心一边还在倒霉？就是在报了，报完了就没了，越来越顺利了。很多人在报的当中，“哎呀，我念经修心怎么还有磨难啊？”可能没磨难吗？这种人愚痴啊。所以很多人退转就是……其实已经在修行当中了，已经在改变了，他觉得没改变，“怎么还苦啊？我不修了。”不修嘛，接下来更苦啊（对，他说“菩萨怎么不帮我？我都开始念经、许愿、放生了，怎么还不帮我？”）刚刚帮了，马上就行的？讲老实话，你肚子饿了三天，你就是吃也不能马上吃个饱啊，否则胃就坏掉了（对。师父，人家说学佛修心要坚持三年才有效果，是有这种说法吗？）对，你要准备好三年才有效果。现在因为观世音菩萨的慈悲，xl法门很多人三个月就有效果了（对对对）三天，有人也有效果。刚刚一念经，三天，马上这件事情就成功，这不是菩萨的慈悲啊？（对对对，明白了）

师父答：师父就是为了不让你们受报，所以才对你们造因的时候特别严格，绝对不能去做坏事！多不容易啊，就是越严格越好！过去小学里的老师越严格，这个班级的孩子功课越好，就是这样的。爸爸妈妈对孩子越严格，这孩子出来谁都喜欢。怎么可以随随随便便！“严师出高徒”，师父不严格，徒弟会好的？跑出去丢死人的！所以学佛吃素、慈悲心增长，这些都是最基本的道理。念出来的经文都是观世音菩萨最纯洁的心灵的东西啊！那里嘴巴吃着大块大块的肉，这里还念经呢，你把牙齿洗洗干净、把嘴巴洗洗干净再念经吧！这种人怎么修？你说要修当然好，坏人学做好人也可以的，几个人学得好的？明白了吗？（明白了。我感觉到师父最近对大家的要求比刚开始弘法的时候要高很多，一开始大家只是不吃活海鲜之类的，现在师父越来越对我们严格要求了）对了，因为末法时期，现在报应越来越快。最近有多少人叫我看的时候，我看到全部都是吃活海鲜、长期吃荤，造成他的癌症扩散、造成恶灵在身上。不能做了，坚决要改！吃素吃不死人的，吃荤吃得死人的。你去问问医生看，哪个人不是吃出来的毛病？脂肪肝、肝癌、疯牛症、禽流感……哪个不是荤的？全部都是，这种东西都是荤的里边出来的毛病。禽流感鸡、疯牛症牛肉不敢吃了，还有猪瘟自古以来就有。哪天吃到猪肉是瘟猪，马上就发高烧，接下来抽筋，人就死了。开玩笑呢！以为放点醋、放点盐、放点酱油、放点糖，到了肚子里这点味道没有了，之后还是那块肉在你肚子里臭啊！表面上的东西是当时的感觉，就像药一样的，外面的糖衣吃了让你感觉是甜的，进去就是苦的了（对的）
